We guarantee delivery!

Ace Telecom provides USPS and FedEx service. We can deliver to your home, office or hotel. You can receive your cell
phone 2 - 3 days before your departure date. Rush overnight delivery service delivery is also available. 

Shipping Options and Rates:

United States Postal Service
USPS Priority $4.95 Mail (Allow 2 to 3 days for delivery)
USPS Express Mail $18.95 (Allow 1 to 2 days for delivery, most cities is 1 day delivery)

Federal Express
FedEx Priority Overnight $45.00 (Before 10:30 am delivery in most cities)
FedEx Standard Overnight $35.00 (Afternoon delivery)
FedEx 2nd Day $20.00
FedEx 3rd Day $15.00
FedEx Ground $10.00 (Allow 2 to 5 days for delivery)

Please note: The above rates are an estimate shipping cost. We will charge you our shipping cost. You also have the option to provide your own FedEx account number when placing your order. 

Return Shipping: 
We recommend using the same box for returning the rental cell phone. You can use any shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) method that you prefer at your own expense. 

We only charge you for actual travel dates. Your departure date is the start of the rental. The end of the rental is the date that you return from your trip. The rental cell phone must be shipped back to us within 3 days of your return.
